As we are a hair salon and most of our time is spent with clients we have 3 scheduled shipping days Unfortunately on products that have no seal we can not give refunds or exchanges on. For items like homewares if it is faulty please contact us and we will be able to offer an exchange. Sorry, no refunds on change of mind.
